Aqualon has been installing liners in commercial pools for 30 + years, from a private island resort on Bokissa Island Vanuatu to apartment complexes in Brisbane, a Mining Camp Village in Moranbah and many school pools throughout Queensland. All of the liners for these pools have been manufactured in the factory and installed as one piece on-site from .75mm material.

Over the years the demand for commercially reinforced PVC membranes has grown. This type of commercial pool lining has been successfully used around the globe for many years but demand in Australia is finally starting to catch up. Aquaforce is a specialist PVC membrane that is specifically designed for commercial pools. Aquaforce consists of 3 layers – 2 layers of PVC bonded together with a reinforcing mesh in between the layers totalling a thickness of 1.15mm. The reinforcing mesh stabilises the material and prevents stretching, shrinking & wrinkling.

Unlike a traditional liner that is brought to site in one piece, each Aquaforce Interior is tailor-made to your pool onsite. Rolls of the material are laid out within the pool overlapping and hot air welded together. Seam edges are then sealed to prevent water absorption into the material.

Aquaforce and other products like it have been successfully used around the world for many years in pools such as Crystal Lagoon in Chile which covers over 30 acres and Australia’s very own Hayman Island.

Aquaforce is currently available in “Ice Blue” with black available for lane markings if required.
